dry fuels: Moss

Does anyone know of a product called 'Moss'?? It's a seaweed based powder that apparently used to be about some time ago and is one of the best and safest dry fuels. If anyone knows of this and/or where this can be purchased please pleas please let me know as I'm desperate to try it out.
