I am one of those people that everything I learn, I learn one way which restricts what I can do. So this week I have been learning the butterfly weave on my left side and today it fell into place, I have also been dabbling in hyperloops, stalls and spiral wraps.

Whoo! Orbitals! I know I shouldn't be as excited as I am, but they're known as superduperuberloops for a very good reason! It feels so gooooood!

Umm, trying to think, I tend to practice a lot of new stuff at once...

- Turning with anti-spin flowers is a lot neater now
- Halving the mercedes in various places
- Some stuff with extension and anti-spin flower hybrids
- Orbitals and moving them round my head (though haven't perfected getting out of them yet)
- Some stuff with pendulums
- Some stuff with a few C.A.P's
- Nearly got the isolated three beat weave and my isolated buzzsaw is looking better
- A couple of wall plane flowers.
- A few new stall combinations
- Cat eye isolation hybrid
- Extensions in btb weave and turning (almost continuously) with btb weaves

Hmm, maybe I'm spending a little too much time practising... I should probably do some uni work, exams in month, haha.

On staff - Horizontal spins. Going from an anti-spin (four point diamond one) to a five and six beat, and windmill. Three full turns for tosses! More smooth transitions from doing a front spin standing to arched back on knees. Two beat around the ankles.

my left shoulder has fucked up, so I'm not able to practice a lot recently (max 10-15 minutes a day with a lightweight poi)
anyway I learnt "halving the mercedes" today, and finally mastered the direction changing in triquetra+extension

umm.......
* learnt to atomic weave fluently between left and right being on floor plane.
* lots of wallplane flower variations while dancing & prancing about like a girl really fun to do (sametime & opposites)
* many links made between flowers opposites, pendulum and hybrid work
* mini hoop flow (work in progress)
* juggling 3 clubs comfortably (well not quite yet)
* club spinning.

this is a lil bit of a back log of things that i have done.
