- Reverse 5 beat atomic weave and turns between
- Turning and direction changing with tri-foils
- BTB waist wrap spiral wraps

BTB 3 Beat weave turning forwards to backwards with me poi - I'm still a bit shaky, but it's gonna open things up like crazy!

I haven't been too busy
-butterfly stalls? not too sure what they are called....?
-around the back foot pass with hula hoop

~ 4-count club passing
~ club traps (yippee so fun!)
~ poi 3-petal antispin + extension hybrid, on bottom petal switching which hand is doing what
~ poi wall-plane 1.5s, at the bottom switching which hand is doing what
~ poi turning w/ split-opposite antispin flowers
~ fan barrel roll flowers

Cleaned up BTB turns and forward hyperloops quite a bit. Also forward isolation/extension hybrid continuous left and right and going between the two (sort of feels like a weave). Now just to learn backwards!!
