im fairly new to poi myself but i suggest trying to take the few moves you know and move around with then. Yeu can alsotry turning the tricks into one, and when you started doing that alot you will start to just flow with it and end up maken shit up…

- How did you first get into fire / glow arts, and how long have you been involved?
- I was first introduce to poi by one of my good friends who spins fire about 3 months ago. I first learned with two key lanyards will tripping on acid, and now spin atom glow poi.

- Tracers?Like the lines of fire?Basically you do it 2 ways, get a really shitty camera which has a slow shutter speed, or a really good one with a variable shutter speed that you can slow down. The longer the shutter is open, the further the poi travels in the picture and the longer the trails of fire you get. how goes your spinning?
