I was going to post the same thing! There are so many good poi lessons on youtube but I found maybe 2 videos that help explain the very basics..otherwise I am lost and finding it difficult to advance at all with meteor.

- How did you first get into fire / glow arts, and how long have you been involved?
- I saw some people doing staff and poi at a music festival and really wanted to learn how to do it. It has been one year since I started and I need to stop slacking!
