How did you first get into fire / glow arts, and how long have you been involved?

Well I remember a few summers ago, a work mate bought her poi into work and showed us what she could do, which was the butterfly, 3 beat weave and the windmill. 3 Moves and I was amazed by it! So I started to learn.

Tell us about your life outside of fire / glow arts...

Well at the moment I work as a marketer. I have recently moved a few hundred miles away from the family in Devon and have met some great performers including Jasper, Mr Joe all the guys at Worcester Juggling Club and Nick Nomad (well I have known Nomad for a while) and loads more.

I love great nights out, travelling,, photography, graphic design , being outside and horror films.

A bit about me

Well I am definitely a girl, but I like to be treated like one of the lads, and I cant take compliments!!
I am almost a quarter of a century old!! And have a wicked twin brother , little brother and sister who are also twins, well I say little they are extremely tall compared to me! All of them enjoy poi.

I'm obsessed with Drum & Bass, love watching people spin, hoop and generally toying about, it gives me a huge sense of freedom, does anyone else get that? Love the beach, sun and summer, drive too fast and I get far too drunk when I go out. One thing I desperately try not to do is take life too seriously.
