- How did you first get into fire / glow arts, and how long have you been involved?
- I started as a raver with glowsticks and ended up switching to fire after attending the Burning Man festival of the arts. I've been spinning for almost 10 years now and am always hoping to meet new people to hang with.
- Tell us about your life outside of fire / glow arts...
- I have a boring office job with the Department of Corrections. I got lucky and found a boss that doesn't mind my tattoos or free thinking attitude.

Parking lot Poi?
I have no yard but my apartment is across the street from a shopping center that has a fairly large parking lot and ZERO trees...
Every night it clears out around 11pm. I'm DYING to spin poi in this abandoned parking lot but I don't know how much trouble I could get in for doing it.
It could be the perfect paved paradise.

- I have just started a couple of weeks ago. I got the basic turns, butterfly, 3 beat weave, corck crew, wind mill, some anti spin stuff, I have been working on stals and Isolations latley. I am slo trying to teach my friend to but she is really lazy. I thing it would be nice to practice with some one reliable. My favorite part about poi is the fire. I know that won't come for a while but it's something I am willing to wait for. It helps me vent I guess.

- Oh ok well I checked It out and I definatly can't go this year. It's too expensive and I just paid for all my classes. I do want to go next year though. Hopefully I will be good enough by then. How long have you been doing poi?
