All a triquetra is: is a three petal antispin flower, where the hand only does two beats. I think what he was trying to do *correct me if I am wrong* at first was a same direction wheel plane hybrid where one hand does a triquetra and the other does…
Hi, if this was triquetra practise, I think you may have misunderstood them. They are started in split time butterfly, and there was no butterfly work in your practise at all. Here's one of the videos I used to learn them... http://www.youtube.com/w…

- A friend of mine left there poi at my house(Thanks Jasper) and I picked them up and started playing with them. I've been hooked ever since. I'm now spinning fire and I love meeting other fire artist.

- I mix music for a hobby. Study martial arts and spend time with my awesome girlfriend who spins poi too.

I feel like I've gained a level
I just had to tell someone. I've finally learned the behind the back weave. I feel like I just gained a level. I'm still kinda stuggling to keep it going for too long. And my shoulders start to burn oh so nice. lol I hope all of you amazing artist are also gaining new levels.
