New and need a little help

Thanks! I know, practice practice...it's just frustrating sometimes! Feel like I'm getting nowhere. The tutorial I found instructed to cross your arms first, spin the poi, and then change which arm i…

Well the visual I'm getting for the "reaching" problem is that you're not turning your body when you cross. Whatever arm is crossing first, feel free to throw that shoulder a bit a rotate your torso a little. *side note* some moves require just reac…

I go to university, for creative writing, and will be there for another 4 years. I live with my husband and one large cat. I do pole dancing, burlesque, and write stories. And, I spin poi.
