hmmmm so with poi it would be spiral wraps and hyperloops then random contact rolls as well and with staff just been cleaning up prayer steves and ive recently figured out a few fire eating tricks :)

hey nz based spinner here been olaying with staff for the last few years. at the moment i've only got my 6foot contact staff but just need to bother finishing off a few others been getting very slack…

contact poi

yeah i need to get one it should be fun also been messing about with one handled tangles using the two counterweights as the pivot poin interesting results so far

yeah arm rolls are fun i've been working on trying to get them from isolated throws a few succesful attempts but not a huge rate so far but fun to figure out

How that hell do you do a halo roll with poi? I've seen those kinds of moves done with a meteor, but not with poi. Don't you have to have weight on both ends?

Contact poi is a lot of fun. I've figured out a few different arm rolls, head roll, and recently figured out the Halo roll. I'm trying to figure out horizontal arm rolls - I'm like half way there. :P
