Extension vs iso arms split time is just the poi making a big line and the heads tracing two concentric circles and looking very similar to a normal spin vs extension same time, the opposite version of that also looks pretty cool specially with arms split time. I'll try to post a video soon.

Extension vs. Iso split time? Sounds crazy, what about if you did EXT VS ISO with the poi opposite directions? that would be crazy, I also forgot all forms of pendulum hybrids, like pendulum triquetra etc... let's see that split time man, make a hybrids vid!

I think besides the ones you mentioned you are just missing the cateye vs extension and the extension vs isolation with arms in split time. Those are the main ones but also try horizontal cateyes and cateyes vs trifoil antispin flower.
